 After I initially left a comment I seem to have clicked
on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now
every time a comment is added I get 4 emails with
the same comment. Perhaps there is a way you can remove me from that service?

 Hello! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog.
Is it very difficult to set up your own blog? I'm not very techincal but
I can figure things out pretty fast. I'm thinking about setting
up my own but I'm not sure where to begin. Do you have any
